The liquid gel ice is a mixture of ice crystal and water solution ( usually sea water). It is also known as liquid ice or fluid ice. This method has its own unique features and advantages. It provides very fast cooling for fish or any other similar product. It penetrates to the innermost parts of the product that is being cooled and it does not only provide cooling on the surface but provides an internal cooling.

Ice storage with rake system:
With a full automatic rake system, certain amounts of ice can be stored over a period and discharged on demand and for covering demand peaks. An entire daily capacity of the ice plant can be discharged during the production in a short period. Even excess production capacity will fill the ice storage and is not lost.

The Mobile Ice Storages are equipped with fully automatic rake and conveyor system as well as a air cooling unit. They are prefabricated in rigid steel frames or a container with double-wall insulation.

The size of the ice storage depends on its holding capacity but starts with a 10-ft. container up to a 40-ft. container. NESIM provides support steel frames, stairs and platforms for all ice storage sizes. After finalizing the connection of power and water supply together with the installation of the ice plant, the ice storage and delivery system are ready to use.
Ice storage with screw system:
NESIM semi-automatic screw systems are installed in 10-ft. containers up to a 40-ft. container, including an insulated storage room, leveling screw and air cooling unit. The ice storage can be transported like a standard container on a truck.

The ice storage is filled automatically and the ice is distributed evenly in the container via a screw. The ice discharge is carried out manually via an open trough discharge screw. This is the most economical way of storing flake ice.

The unique design of our Tube Ice Machine freezes ice automatically in the vertical stainless steel tubes by the refrigerant circulating around tubes in freezer shell, the swirl of water falls from top of each tube, the hole is formed during the formation of ice because the falling film of water, freezing takes place inside the vertical tubes, as the water freezes the impurities are washed back to the sump tank to be released as and when required, when the ice in the tubes is frozen to the desired thickness. Hot gas is released automatically in to the freezer shell releasing tubes of ice on to a cutter, the cutter cuts the pieces of desired preset length.

Produces ice in tube shape with outer dimensions of 22, 29, 35 & 41 mm Parts contacting the water are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316
