Plate Freezer Unit
Description
Plate freezer unit is a batch production unit that typically use to freeze and flat products.
Raw product, together with packages, are placed on plates, later firmly pressed by plates which drive by a hydraulic device.
The chilled plates close contact with raw products and cause quick freezing. Sometimes, inside the chamber, blast air fans are installed to short the chilling period.
